Arla Food Ltd. is registered in England and Wales with Company number 2143253 and whose registered office is at Arla Foods, Arla House, 4 Savannah Way, Leeds Valley Park LS10 1AB or its subsidiaries. The Website is for the promotion of our products. By using the Web site, you signify your acceptance of the Terms in consideration of which Arla Foods Ltd. provides you with access. Arla Foods Ltd. may occasionally modify the Terms.

Accordingly, please continue to review the Terms whenever accessing or using the Web site. If at any time you do not wish to accept the Terms, you may not use the Web site. Arla Foods Ltd. may occasionally run competitions and promotions via the Web site. Separate terms and conditions will be posted where applicable governing such competitions and promotions.

Further, by submitting your contribution to Arla Foods Ltd you warrant that your contribution is your own work and that you have the right to make it available to Arla Foods Ltd for all the purposes specified above; it is not defamatory; and odes not infringe any law; and indemnify Arla Foods Ltd against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred by Arla Foods Ltd as a result of your breach of the above warranty; and waive any moral right s in your contribution for the purposes of its submission to and the publication on the Website and the purposes specified above.

You acquire no rights or licences in or to the Web site and/or the Content other than the limited right to use the Web site in accordance with these Terms and to download on the terms set out in this section. You agree to pay Arla Foods Ltd., its employees, representatives, and agents any and all costs, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) awarded against any of them or otherwise incurred by any of them in connection with or arising from any such third party claim, suit, action or proceeding attributable to any such third party claim.

Termination

Either you or Arla Foods Ltd. may terminate these terms with or without cause at any time. If Arla Foods Ltd. terminates these terms, Arla Foods Ltd. will email you at the address you provide on registration, and you will be deemed to have received it within one hour of transmission. Termination will be effective at that time. You will be responsible for notifying us of any changes to your email address. You may terminate by writing to: Arla Foods Ltd., Arla Foods, Arla House, 4 Savannah Way, Leeds Valley Park LS10 1AB, marking it 'Arla Foods Ltd. web site'. (UK only). On termination you shall destroy all Content, and copies thereof, obtained from the web site.

Changes to the Web site

Governing law and jurisdiction

The Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

RSS Feeds

By Downloading the Lurpak® (RSS) feed from our site you agree to be bound by the below terms;

  • These terms may be updated from time to time at Arla Foods Ltd. discretion.
  • We give you permission to display the RSS feed on your site on the understanding that you provide a credit to www.lovelurpak.co.uk.
  • You may not use the Lurpak® or Arla Foods Ltd. logo without seeking permission from Arla Foods Ltd.
  • You may not charge users to access Arla Foods Ltd. content or commercialise such content, nor attempt to re-sell the Arla Foods Ltd content in any way.
  • All intellectual property and ownership rights are retained by Arla Foods Ltd.
  • You must create a useable link back to the relevant article in www.lovelurpak.co.uk, where linking is not possible you should provide the full URL where users can find the original content.
  • You may not change, edit, add or summarise any of the content.
  • Using our RSS feed is not an endorsement or approval of your site by ARLA Foods Ltd. and this should not be suggested.

  • Contract can be terminated by removing the feed from your site and any reference to the feed.
  • We must not be used on the following sites:
    • Sites that discriminate against based on race, religion, gender, sexuality
    • Sites that encourage violence
    • Sites that encourage illegal activity
    • Sites that are misleading, pornographic or defamatory to Arla Foods Ltd. or our brands
